How long-term coaching works

Working with me is like having a supportive, sciencey friend around who happens to be good at analyzing and problem-solving.

Together we set goals and create a realistic action plan that works with your life as it is right now. You are in control of each and every session. My job is to connect the dots, suggest solutions you haven’t thought about yet, and hold you accountable for the actions we set up. I also help you reprogram your brain so it stops being an asshole to you.

Does that mean that we attack everything at the same time and your entire life is fixed within a few weeks? Nope, because it doesn’t work like that. We take it step by step, starting with whatever is most urgent or challenging right now.

Once that’s solid, we can get the rest of your SHEET (Structure, Health, Environment, Emotions and Thoughts) together. And because you’ll learn how to make sustainable changes, it will stay that way. Even when you haven’t slept enough or accidentally dropped your sandwich on the floor.

This is how we do it:

Free coffee chat

First we have a 25-minute video call to figure out if we’re a good fit. You tell me about your life, I ask annoying (but insightful!) questions.

First session

We kick things off with a health and wellness assessment so we know exactly what to prioritize and start working on a plan to help you un-pretzel your life.

Ongoing support

In the following sessions we tackle your SHEET, based on what you want and need the most. I also check in with you via email or WhatsApp every day, because this is by far the most effective way to help you get results.

Results

Change takes time, but eventually you’ll notice that your habits stick, your brain is braining better, and you are getting shit done!
